Take your apples and slice the top off of each one. Next, remove the inside of each apple using an apple corer. Stop coring when you’re about half an inch away from the bottom of the apple. To ensure that the apples don’t brown, squeeze lemon juice inside each apple cup. Finally, ladle the apple cider into your apple cups. Add cinnamon sticks for garnish and serve.
