Stoller Willamette Valley Pinot Noir – This wine from Oregon represents one of the best value wines available. This pinot noir hails primarily from their certified organic, sustainable Dundee Hills Estate Vineyard with other fruit coming from sustainable properties they own in the Chehalem Mountains. The Dundee hills brings bright red fruit: strawberry and raspberry, a bright herbal and floral aroma, and tingly acidity. The Chehalem Mountains bring a darker fruit: blueberry and black cherry, and a tannin structure that presents great medium weight on the palate. A wine that pairs perfectly with Thanksgiving Turkey and it drinks so smooth you might want to grab two for when that Turkey takes 12 hours to cook.

Juve Y Camps Brut Rose – Over 200 years of winemaking at Juve y Camps and the effervescence is captivating. Delicate aromas of cherries, strawberries, and raspberries that are accompanied by floral notes, light touches of flower honey and hints of toasted bread.

Olga Raffault Chinon Rosé – 100% Cabernet Franc, organically farmed and fermented naturally. Strawberries, watermelon, with a hint of citrus zest and a lovely floral topnote of orange blossoms. This thing can even age for several years, but it is ready to enjoy today.

Saldo Chenin Blanc – Excellent example of this grape variety dry, New World version. This wine excels with aromas and flavors of pineapple, chalky notes, and ripe melon. The roundness of the body will linger and delight. Delicate enough to make food pairing a breeze while having a substantial presence.

Fleur de Mer- “Flower by the Sea” –  A 100% Estate Grown authentic expression of the Cotes de Provence region that offers bright layered aromatics,  generous aromas of white peach, subtle citrus wildflowers and herbs, notes of ripe raspberry strawberry and watermelon.
Composition: Grenache, Carignan, Cinsault Movedre blend. All vintages since 2019 have scored above 90pts by James Suckling with the current release receiving 92pts.
Pairings include fresh green salads, citrus-herb seafood, and chicken

Ancient peaks Cabernet Sauvignon – Ancient Peaks Cabernet comes from Paso Robles region in California. You will find notes of plum, boysenberry and eucalyptus. This is a bright, bold and fruit forward wine with fine tannins that lead to a long finish. Enjoy with lamb chops, portobello mushrooms or aged cheddar cheese.

BonAnno Chardonnay – This fruit driven Chardonnay bursts with ripe green apple, pear, and stone fruit. It also has amazing texture and clean rich flavors that is balanced with bright acidity, minerals and light oak.

JC Calvet Brut– 70% Semillion; 30% Cabernet The grapes manually harvested in small boxes, pressed and settled. The vinification follows the traditional method : first the juice is fermented at low temperature to preserve the freshness of the sparkling. Then when the wine is bottle, the second fermentation begins and lasts 9 months. This step transforms wine in sparkling wine. JC Calvet Brut is a sparkling wine from the Crémant de Bordeaux appellation and made with the méthode champenoise.
Bordeaux has produced sparkling wines for well over 100 years, but the appellation Crémant de Bordeaux, was not made official until 1990. Beautiful golden yellow body. Crisp and slightly yeasty nose with aromas of yellow fruits and brioche. Very fine and persistent pinpoint bubbles that tease the mouth and finishes up with crispy dry finish.

Protocolo Tinto – This chewy, medium-bodied red offers hints of melted black licorice and smoke on the nose, which transition to flavors of baked black raspberry and cherry fruit on the palate, with bay leaf and eucalyptus notes and a firm finish. This is a value with a bang. This rustic wine will be a lovely compliment to dishes with herbs and it all around a people pleaser.

Poggio Prosecco – Castello Del Poggio wines comes from the prestigious Asti region in Italy. Poggio Prosecco is a dry and crisp wine with fine bubbles. It has notes of jasmine flower, sweet golden apple and honey. It is great for anything from spicy food, sushi, or fruit forward desserts. It is also sure to make a perfect mimosa.

La Vieille Ferme Rosev – This wine hails from France’s Mediterranean Coast.  A dry style rose with a pink-salmon colour distinct for its winemaking technique that makes the region so special. This wine is light and crisp with an aroma of strawberry, watermelon, and citrus.  It is a jack of all trades at the dinner table pairing well with salmon, Friends, and that goat cheese salad recipe you found on Pinterest.

Bosco Pinot Grigio – Unpretentious and approachable. Dry, light-bodied with aromas of lemon-lime, pear, and stone fruit like peach and apricot. Great with fried foods and cuts through spice.
