Piña Colada Recipe
2 oz light rum
1.5 oz cream of coconut
1.5 oz pineapple juice
½ oz lime juice
Ice
Shake all ingredients with ice for 20–30 seconds
Strain into a chilled hurricane glass over ice (bonus points if its crushed!), and garnish with a pineapple wedge or pineapple leaf.
The tiki staple, basically a celebration of good rum.
Mai Tai Recipe
1.5 oz white rum
¾ oz orange curaçao
¾ oz fresh lime juice
½ oz orgeat syrup
*Note: Orgeat syrup is a traditional Mai Tai ingredient – it’s a sweet syrup made from almonds and sugar with a little rose water and/or orange flower water, but if you prefer, use ¼ oz of almond extract and ¼ oz of simple syrup, or sub for a ½ oz of amaretto.
½ oz dark rum (float)
Lime wheel for garnish
Shake white rum, curaçao, lime, and orgeat with crushed ice for ~3 seconds.
Pour into a rocks glass, float dark rum on top, and garnish.

Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri Recipe
2 oz white rum
1 oz fresh lime juice
2 oz simple syrup
4-6 fresh strawberries (or frozen)
Blend all ingredients with ice until smooth and pour into a hurricane glass.
Garnish with a strawberry.

Blue Lagoon Recipe
1.5 oz vodka
¾ oz blue curaçao
3 oz lemonade (or lemon Fanta, or sour mix)
Splash of club soda
Lemon slice for garnish
Pour all of the ingredients except club soda over ice.
Stir gently, and top with club soda and garnish.
Layers of Bahama-inspired flavors and sunset color.
1 oz dark rum
1 oz coconut rum
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz orange juice
Splash of grenadine
Pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry
Shake all except grenadine in a cocktail shaker with ice, for about 10 seconds.
Strain into a hurricane or tall glass over ice, drizzle grenadine for sunset effect, and garnish for a truly tropical flair.

2 cups coconut rum
2 cups pineapple juice
1 cup orange juice (preferably fresh or not from concentrate)
1 cup passion fruit juice or mango juice
½ cup lime juice
1 Tbsp simple syrup
1 cup club soda or sparkling water (add just before serving)
Pineapple slices, lime wheels, mint sprigs, or tropical drink umbrellas for garnish.
Mix all ingredients into a pitcher and stir.
Chill for at least 30 minutes (perfect time to add a few ice cube spheres)
Top with club soda before serving.
