Ken Wright Pinot Noir – A classy and classic Pinot. Evocative aromas and well-balanced rich fruit, accompanied by fresh acidity and complex flavors that pair well with other classics like spaghetti and meatballs, hamburgers, any grilled or smoked meats.

Long Meadow Ranch Chardonnay – This is made in a little-known region of California called Anderson Valley located a few hours north of Napa along the Pacific Coast. They are a certified organic vineyard and full-scale farm that operates a beautiful property in Napa as well. Anderson Valley is California’s coldest wine growing region. This Chardonnay after fermentation spends one year in 22% New Oak followed by a French trick of 3 months in stainless steel tanks. This process creates a wine that has richness without being buttery and retains a brilliant acidity reminiscent of a perfectly ripe pear. Slide it onto the table next to those roasted carrots, sweet potato casserole, bird of your choice, and all the cheese.

Licco Rosé – Liocco Rose of Carignan, Mendocino County – From a mid-century planting of dry farmed land. Long and slow ripening of the grapes leads to highly complex fruit. This is fresh, superior, and deftly balanced. Pairs beautifully with appetizers, poultry, and memorable moments.

Henners Brut – This hails from Sussex England. Dazzle your guests with an unexpected stunner with this bottle. Sour dough aromas combine with crunchy green apple fruit to provide a wonderfully welcoming nose. The palate is fine with a lively and persistent mousse. Green apple and pear fruit characters mix with a toasted brioche flavor, helping to provide a complex palate. Balanced acidity and a long finish make this a very classy sparkling wine indeed.
Pair with any fried food, appetizers, and well flavored meats.

Dancing Crow Cabernet Sauvignon – Lake County’s finest. Bright black-cherry and black-pepper aromas lead to vivid black-fruit flavors on a tangy, slightly tannic texture and full body. It’s a sturdy, appetizing wine to enjoy with meats or cheeses. This Cabernet is a magical mix of ability to pair with many foods while not being overpowering.

Graville Lacoste Blanc – This wine comes from the Bordeaux region in France. This is a wonderful marriage of Semillon and Sauvignon blanc. It is crisp with vibrant acidity and notes of citrus, chamomile, and tropical fruits. This wine is perfect as an aperitif or paired with fresh fish, roast chicken or salad.

Bertrand Cote Des Roses -“Wine can be given the same way you would offer a bunch of roses!”
This southern France rose is a beautiful blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah. Pale in the glass, but a bright, subtly sweet, finish in the mouth. The wine has great flavors of strawberry and watermelon, livened by citrus notes.
Tips & Tricks: Cote Des Roses uses a glass cork! This is a duel use wine. Once all the wine has been drunk, save the bottle and use as a beautiful water ‘pitcher’ to pass around the table for all your holiday gatherings!

Empire Estates Blanc de Blanc – Empire Estate Blanc de Blanc – With vineyards planted on mineral rich soils, on slopes the hug the glacially carved lakes, and a cool climate similar to many of the finest Old World wine regions, the Finger Lakes is an ideal territory for making world class sparkling wines. It displays fruit tones of green apple, golden peach, and baked lemon, toasted brioche, and racy mineral aromas of gravel and limestone on the nose. Flavors of lemon cream, orange blossom and stone fruit on the palate with a long, mineral finish. Perfect pairing for appetizers, pot lucks, holiday meals, and potato chips.

Casal Garcia Vinho Tinto – Fresh and fruity aroma, with predominance of notes of red fruits and nuances of vanilla. In the mouth it has an excellent balance. It is a young and elegant wine, with medium body, soft tannins and a long and pleasant finish. Some love this wine slightly chilled. Versatility is an understatement! Serve alongside red meat, pasta, or a cheese board.

Casal Garcia Vinho Verde – Casal Garcia Vinho Verde- A light and refreshing wine with a delicate and slightly fruity aroma.  On the palate this is a fresh, smooth, and well-balanced wine with flavors of tangy lemon, peach, and green apple, followed by a crisp, clean finish that has a slight effervescence. Pairs well with anything and everything and by itself, making for a perfect holiday wine. Pairs with chicken, fish, veggies, and a star at any pot luck. This wine has a lower ABV making a great choice for long gatherings.

Reserve de la Saurine Rosé – Bang for buck alert. This fresh, fruity rose, from grenache, cinsault, carignan and syrah, makes a wonderful aperitif and is best with grilled fish and lighter Mediterranean cuisine.

Castello del Poggio Prosecco – Castello Del Poggio wines comes from the prestigious Asti region in Italy. Poggio Prosecco is a dry and crisp wine with fine bubbles. It has notes of jasmine flower, sweet golden apple and honey. It is great for anything from spicy food, sushi, or fruit forward desserts. It is also sure to make a perfect mimosa.
